Nicholas Pignatari, Big Brother Big Sister volunteer, faces child porn charge

MCHENRY, Ill. -- A northwest suburban college student who volunteered for Big Brothers Big Sisters is facing child pornography charges.

McHenry County deputies arrested Nicholas Pignatari, 20, after getting at tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.

They say they found two images online linked to his email address.

He's being held on $40,000 bond. His next court appearance will be Feb. 27.
