SUV slams into Mokena home

MOKENA, Ill. (WLS) -- An SUV slammed into a house overnight in southwest suburban Mokena.

The homeowner and his wife were getting ready for bed around 11 p.m. Thursday when the vehicle struck their home.

The SUV did not go into the building, but there was some damage to the porch and some tree limbs came down. No one was hurt in the crash.

Police are investigating what caused the vehicle hit the house. The driver has not been charged.
