Registration now open for 21st Annual ABC7 Gibbons 5K

CHICAGO (NEWS RELEASE) (WLS) -- Registration for the 21st Annual ABC 7 Gibbons 5K is now open. The event takes place in Chicago's Grant Park on Thursday, June 18, 2015. Register at www.Gibbons5K.com. Proceeds from the event benefit the Leukemia Research Foundation (LRF).

The event was created to honor the memory of Jim Gibbons, a 25-year veteran investigative reporter for ABC 7 who succumbed to leukemia in 1994.

The individual online registration is discounted to $21 through February 21 in recognition of the 21st year of the event. Teams also register at a discount online at www.Gibbons5K.com.
