Man, 62, found dead after Austin house fire

CHICAGO (WLS) -- Firefighters found a 62-year-old man dead in a home that caught fire on Chicago's West Side.

Flames broke out around 9:40 p.m. Tuesday in the 400-block of North LeClaire Avenue in the city's Austin neighborhood.

Crews found the man's body on the first floor of the house after the blaze was extinguished.

There is no word on the cause of the fire. Police are conducting a death investigation.
