Police: Person shot on Eisenhower Expy. ramp in Oak Park

OAK PARK, Ill. (WLS) -- A person was injured in a shooting on a ramp to the Eisenhower Expressway in Oak Park, police said.

Illinois State Police said a vehicle pulled up alongside a car stopped on the westbound Harlem Ave. and opened fire around 7:30 p.m. Friday.

A passenger was shot in the leg and taken to Oak Park Hospital, police said.

Police are investigating.
