CHICAGO -- Three Grateful Dead reunion shows sold out in a matter of minutes on Saturday in Chicago.

The four surviving members of the Grateful Dead will play during 4th of July weekend at Soldier Field.

On Saturday morning, almost 500,000 people went online looking for tickets, and only 100,000 were sold.

Now, concert organizers are reportedly working on ways to accommodate those who were unable to obtain tickets by simulcasting the event. Possibilities may include pay per view events at locations in Chicago and throughout the country.

On the resale market, tickets are going for as high as $100,000. The cheapest, behind the stage upper deck tickets start at around $500 on the resale market.
