Officer struck by vehicle in South Loop

CHICAGO (WLS) -- A police officer was hit by a vehicle in Chicago's South Loop.

The vehicle struck the officer in the 1200-block of South Wabash Avenue Tuesday night.

The officer is listed in good condition at Northwestern Memorial Hospital.

The driver stopped after the collision and was cited.
