CHICAGO (WLS) -- A 102-year-old woman not only celebrated her birthday by becoming a U.S. citizen - she voted too.
Felicidad Lage joined 103 other new citizens to take their oaths of allegiance Wednesday. She's originally from Spain.
To make the big day even more special, her daughter performed the National Anthem at the event, accompanied by her son.
And as if that wasn't enough, Lage decided to go straight to the Chicago Election Board, registered to vote and voted!
She wasn't supposed to do all of that Wednesday, but Lage said "you never know what may happen tomorrow."
