Elmhurst College investigating sex offense report

ELMHURST, Ill. (WLS) -- Elmhurst College campus security is investigating a report of aggravated sexual abuse in a dorm, officials said.

The victim alleged that the suspect engaged in sexual contact without the victim's consent in a room at Stranger Hall on March 12, officials said. The suspect also allegedly attempted to prevent the victim from leaving the room, the victim reported.

No other details have been released.
