Pedestrian fatally struck in Sauk Village

SAUK VILLAGE, Ill. (WLS) -- A pedestrian was struck and killed in south suburban Sauk Village.

The victim was hit on southbound Route 394 near Lincoln Highway just after 10 p.m. Sunday.

Illinois State Police are investigating. They did not provide any further details.
