Man impaled in Aragon Theater fall remembered at memorial

BARTLETT, Ill. (WLS) -- A memorial was held Monday night for a suburban man who fell to his death during a weekend concert at Chicago's Aragon Theater.

Students at Bartlett High School gathered to paint what they call their spirit rock in honor of Kyle Kirchoff, a graduate far west suburban school.

The 24-year old entered a restricted area at the Aragon and fell from a catwalk Friday night. He was impaled on two pieces of metal.

The incident stopped the performance by local band Chevelle. null
