BARTLETT, Ill. (WLS) -- A memorial was held Monday night for a suburban man who fell to his death during a weekend concert at Chicago's Aragon Theater.
Students at Bartlett High School gathered to paint what they call their spirit rock in honor of Kyle Kirchoff, a graduate far west suburban school.
The 24-year old entered a restricted area at the Aragon and fell from a catwalk Friday night. He was impaled on two pieces of metal.
The incident stopped the performance by local band Chevelle.
Retired pastor told police he was 'blacked out' at time of deadly Orland Park hit-and-run, prosecutors say
