Special Olympics torch comes to Chicago

CHICAGO (WLS) -- The Special Olympics torch will be in Chicago next month as part of the Relay Across America.

The torch will go to all 50 states, ending in Los Angeles where the Special Olympics World Summer Games will be held starting July 25.

The torch will be in Chicago June 12- 14.

The city is partnering with Bank of America to host a big celebration on June 13.

All proceeds raised from the torch relay will benefit Special Olympics.
