ZION, Ill. (WLS) -- Two Zion men are charged with stealing dozens of guns from a gun shop.

Prosecutors allege that Lawrence Taylor and Clarence Williams, Jr. were part of a street gang, seeking revenge for the shooting death of Justus Howell.

A police officer shot and killed Howell during a foot chase in April.

Prosecutors ruled that the shooting was justified.

The two are charged in the gun theft but prosecutors are trying to determine if more charges should be filed.
