Cupich sends pizzas to shelter despite winning Blackhawks bet with Florida bishop

CHICAGO (WLS) -- Archbishop Blase Cupich making good on a Stanley Cup bet even though the Blackhawks won.

He's sending enough Lou Malnati's deep dish pizza to feed 300 people at a homeless shelter in Clearwater, Fla.

He made the bet with Bishop Robert Lynch of the Diocese of Saint Petersburg.

Lou Malnati's is also sending pizzas to Saint Leo's residence, a Catholic Charities ministry in Chicago.

To make up for his losing Lightning, Bishop Lynch is sending cases of Florida grapefruit to Saint Leo's.
