Man, 23, shot by passing motorcycle along Pride Parade route

CHICAGO (WLS) -- A man was shot along the Pride Parade route in the city's Lakeview neighborhood Saturday night.

Police say the 23-year-old man was driving near Broadway and Irving Park when someone on a passing motorcycle fired shots into his vehicle.

The victim was shot in the arm and managed to call for help and was taken to Illinois Masonic Hospital. He is expected to recover.
