Elgin man who plays lotto weekly wins $4M

ELGIN, Ill. (WLS) -- A suburban man who plays the lottery every week finally hits the jackpot.

Elgin resident Michael Stetar likes to play the newest games, so he bought a Golden Casino instant ticket and won $4 million.

Stetar purchased the winning ticket at Lundeen's Liquors in St. Charles. He opted for a one-time payment of $2.4 million.

Stetar says he plans to treat himself to a new truck and invest for retirement.
