Man, 57, missing from Lincoln Park residential care facility

CHICAGO -- Police are seeking the public's help locating Victor Sowers, 57, who is missing from a Lincoln Park residential health care facility and suffers from seizures.

Police say Sowers takes daily medication for his seizures and wears a stainless steel medical alert bracelet. Police also say Sowers' hair is now shorter than in his photo.

Sowers is described as a white male, 5 ft. 4 in. tall and 109 lbs. with brown hair and brown eyes. Police say he is known to ride the CTA Blue Line and pan handle.
