CHICAGO (WLS) -- The 21-year-old woman found dead at a Brown Line stop in the Loop Saturday morning was pregnant, officials say.

The medical examiner says lung problems and blood clots caused June Ward's death.

Investigators say a train did not hit her.

A CTA worker spotted her body around 7 a.m. Saturday near the stop at Washington and Wells.
