Toddler recovering after fall from 3rd floor window

CHICAGO (WLS) -- A toddler is hospitalized after falling from a third floor window Saturday morning on the South Side.

The fall happened at about 11:30 a.m. Saturday in the 8000 block of South Phillips Avenue in Chicago's South Shore neighborhood.

The little girl's uncle said the fall was an accident and the child is expected to recover.
