Bill Cosby ordered to give deposition over sexual abuse allegations

NEW YORK (WLS) -- Bill Cosby will give testimony under oath in a sex assault case involving a 15-year-old girl decades ago.

Judy Huth claims Cobsy molested her at the Playboy Mansion in 1974. The lawsuit alleges Cosby got Huth drunk and took advantage of her.

A California judge ruled Cosby will be deposed on October 9.
