CHICAGO (WLS) -- Michael Jordan will be opening his own brand name store in downtown Chicago by the end of this year.
The store at 32 S. State Street in the Loop will offer the widest variety of Jordan-branded products, including the iconic Air Jordan shoes.
Though Nike won't reveal numbers, it is believed the Jordan brand contributes more than $2.5 billion to Nike's revenue.
The six-time Bulls champion and Basketball Hall of Famer is back in Chicago for an endorsement court case against Safeway.
