SPRINGFIELD, Ill. (WLS) -- The Illinois Senate voted to override Gov. Bruce Rauner's veto of legislation that would allow an unelected arbitrator to decide labor contract negotiations.

The governor is locked in tense negotiations with the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees.

The House must also vote to override the veto before it becomes law.
