14 arrested in Lake County prostitution investigation

Lake County Sheriff's officials say 14 people were arrested as part of an undercover investigation targeting "Johns," or customers of prostitutes.

Between Aug. 6-7, investigators utilized a classified advertising website "which is regularly used as a medium for prostitution." When the alleged "Johns" arrived and offered money to undercover detectives for sexual acts, they were then taken into custody, police said.
