Police search Chicago River for suspect in Albany Park

CHICAGO (WLS) -- Police are searching for a man they were chasing overnight in Chicago's Albany Park neighborhood.

Around midnight, the hunt took them to the Chicago River near a boat house.

At first, it looked like the suspect jumped into the water. But investigators said the suspect threw a gun into the river.

That weapon was found by divers.
