Alleged Daniel McCormack sex abuse victims to sue Chicago Archdiocese

CHICAGO (WLS) -- An attorney for two men who claim they were abused by a Catholic priest when they were children will file suit against the Chicago Archdiocese on Thursday.

These are the latest in a series of allegations against the now-defrocked priest, Daniel McCormack. The two men say McCormack abused them during an after-school program between the 2001 and 2006.

The Archdiocese responded by saying McCormack was removed from the priesthood in 2007.
