CHICAGO (WLS) -- One of the Jon Burge torture cases is set to be reviewed by a judge - again.

A commission claims there's evidence that convicted cop killer Jackie Wilson was tortured by Burge after his arrest in 1982.

The commission made the same ruling in 2013, but had to take the case up again after complaints they mishandled the hearing.

Burge is serving a four-year sentence for torturing suspects while in police custody.

Earlier this month City Council approved a $5.5 million reparations package for victims of the scandal.
