CHICAGO (WLS) -- A Chicago health clinic is facing a lawsuit after one of their therapists turned out to be a fraud, as the I-Team reported.

A former patient of Scott C. Redman is suing Clarity Clinic for hiring Redman.

Federal investigators say Redman used another physician's information to gain employment and issued dozens of prescriptions while working at the Near North Side clinic.

In February Jason Knowles and the I-Team talked to an angry patient who thought Redman was a licensed psychologist and exposed his history of criminal charges.
