CHICAGO (WLS) -- More than 350 Chicago Park District lifeguards graduated Sunday after finishing the American Red Cross training program.

They are ready to swim to your rescue. The lifeguards will patrol the city's beaches and pools.

They are trained in aquatic life-saving skills and CPR.

They will join about 700 other guards working at the city's public beaches and park district pools.
