Chicago man, 28, fatally shot in Montgomery

MONTGOMERY, Ill. (WLS) -- A 28-year-old man from Chicago was shot and killed in far west suburban Montgomery. Police are searching for the gunman.

Officers found Jesus Garcia Jr. lying on the road near the intersection of Fourth Street and Montgomery Road around 6 p.m. Thursday.

Garcia, of the 4700-block of North Kildare Avenue, was pronounced dead at the scene.
