CPS substitute teacher investigated for alleged inappropriate texts with student

CHICAGO (WLS) -- A Chicago Public School substitute teacher has been pulled from the classroom at Black Elementary over allegations of sending inappropriate text messages to a student.

CPS said the teacher is banned from the classroom pending the outcome of a police investigation.
