RIVERSIDE, Ill. (WLS) -- A man was arrested by west suburban police after they say he was clocked driving 99 miles-per-hour in a 35 miles-per-hour zone.

According to Riverside Police, Miguel Ocampo was also drunk and driving a relative's car that he took without permission.
