CHICAGO (WLS) -- The Future Founders Foundation is inspiring thousands of young low-income people in Chicagoland to become entrepreneurs. The non-profit community organization's programs connect students with role models and mentors through four programs for elementary through college students.
The U.Pitch Competition and Showcase is a key component of College Founders program. Everyone is invited to the finals of the competition to cheer on students as they present their ideas to a panel of judges. Scott Issen, CEO of the Future Founders Foundation, Katie Sowa, Director of Community Engagement of the Future Founders Foundation, and Andy Marsh, Managing Partner at TagPrints Digital and student at DePaul University
