Girl, 2, injured in West Lawn fire

CHICAGO (WLS) -- A two-year-old girl is recovering from burns after a fire on Chicago's South Side.

Fire crews received calls that people were trapped on the first floor at a two-flat home at 61st and South Kildare just before 9 p.m. Friday.

Three adults and two children were able to get out by themselves, but a two-year-old suffered minor burns and was taken to Holy Cross Hospital for treatment. She was listed in good condition Saturday morning.
