Judge dismisses suit filed by former IPRA investigator Lorenzo Davis

CHICAGO (WLS) -- A federal judge dismisses a lawsuit filed by a former investigator for Chicago's Independent Police Review Authority.

Lorenzo Davis claimed he was fired because he refused orders to change his findings when he determined that several police shootings were unjustified.

Davis' lawsuit gained attention after the release of a video showing a Chicago police officer fatally shooting 17-year-old Laquan McDonald.
