EVANSTON, Ill. (WLS) -- A Cook County judge is requiring UPS to preserve and protect evidence from a crash that left a woman trapped under a truck for 30 minutes last month in north suburban Evanston.

Erin Hinner was crossing the street when the driver hit her. The truck then rolled over her, pinning her under the axle.

The woman is now suing UPS and the driver.
