Judge recuses herself from Melodie Gliniewicz case

FOX LAKE, Ill. (WLS) -- The judge in the Gliniewicz conspiracy trial in Fox Lake has recused herself from the case.

Lake County Circuit Court Judge Victoria Rossetti pulled herself from the Melodie Gliniewicz case citing conflict of interest, but she didn't specify why.

Gliniewicz is charged with misusing charitable money.

Her husband killed himself but tried to make it look like murder to cover up his embezzlement of a youth program.
