Man attacks CTA passenger who asked him to stop smoking

CHICAGO (WLS) -- Police are looking for a man who attacked a fellow CTA passenger on the Orange Line after he asked him to stop smoking.

Surveillance photos were released on Thursday.

The incident happened late last month.

The victim was hospitalized with a broken nose and eye socket.
