Man impaled in Aragon Theater fall remembered at memorial

Students at Bartlett High School gathered to paint what they call their "spirit rock" in honor of Kyle Kirchoff, who died in a fall at the Aragon Theater. .

A memorial was held Monday night for a suburban man who fell to his death during a weekend concert at Chicago's Aragon Theater.

Students at Bartlett High School gathered to paint what they call their spirit rock in honor of Kyle Kirchoff, a graduate far west suburban school.

The 24-year old entered a restricted area at the Aragon and fell from a catwalk Friday night. He was impaled on two pieces of metal.

The incident stopped the performance by local band Chevelle.
