Murder suspect extradited from Mexico to Chicago

CHICAGO (WLS) -- He's been on the run for almost three years, but now a murder suspect will faces charges in Chicago that he stabbed his wife to death.

Authorities arrested Cesar Sanabria in Mexico, then extradited him back to Chicago.

He's accused of killing his wife, Lady Diana Sanabria, in November 2013. Investigators believe he took a flight to Mexico the day of the murder.

Sanabria is charged with first degree murder.
