Police: Children left in cold car while parents gambled

READING, Pa. -- A Reading, Pennsylvania, couple is accused of gambling with their children's well-being, leaving them locked in a cold car so they could gamble.

The car was parked at the Sands Casino in Bethlehem overnight on Monday when temperatures dipped to 11 degrees, police say.

Enrique Garcia and his wife Frances face misdemeanor charges.

They are free on bail.
