Police: Icy roads a factor in East Moline school bus rollover

EAST MOLINE, Ill. (WLS) -- A school bus rolled over due to icy weather Thursday morning in East Moline.

The Illinois State Police Department says a driver and 11 female students were on board the bus.

They were headed to a science fair when the bus hit an icy patch on I-80, causing it to roll, authorities said.

No one was seriously hurt.
