PORTER, Ind. (WLS) -- Two men were arrested after authorities say they fired hundreds of shots toward their neighbor's home in northwest Indiana.

The Porter County Sheriff's Department said Grant Sanders, 21, and Matthew Stone, 20, were firing guns in their backyard Sunday night and some of the bullets hit their neighbor's house.

Both are facing felony charges of criminal recklessness.

The Times of Northwest Indiana reports that the homeowner went into his home and found his children and wife on the floor screaming that gun shots were coming through the house.

Police later found three bullet holes in the family's home.

No injuries were reported.
