CHICAGO (WLS) -- There are new calls for justice following a police officer's dismissal on charges that he fatally shot a black Chicago woman.

The Rainbow PUSH Coalition is asking federal prosecutors to take a look at the case of Officer Dante Servin. He was charged with the off-duty murder of Rekia Boyd.

But on Monday, the judge dismissed the case, in essence saying prosecutors should have charged Servin with murder.

Rainbow PUSH leaders say it's time for someone else to take over the case.

The City of Chicago did pay a $4.5 million settlement to Boyd's family, an amount they say will never be enough.
