CHICAGO (WLS) -- Police now have a second suspect in a deadly shooting in Chicago's Little Italy neighborhood.

Kevin Mason, 22, is charged with first degree murder. Police say they identified him as the person who allegedly killed 62-year-old Robert Howard.

Howard was found shot to death last month inside his apartment in the 1000-block of West Maxwell Street.

Charneise Silas, 45, was arrested shortly afterward and charged with aggravated battery. Police say she took part in the crime.
