Chicago moms get chance to celebrate Mother's Day on Sky Deck
From flowers to Sunday brunch nothing is too good for Mom on her special day.

CHICAGO (WLS) -- If you haven't made a plan for Mother's Day, time is running out.

From flowers to Sunday brunch nothing is too good for Mom on her special day.

"Being a mom is a 48-hour job, you never get to sleep, it never ends it goes on forever," Renee Green, a mother, said.

The city will be jammed packed of full of events this weekend to celebrate Mom but there's one that stands above the rest.

"We're giving mom the opportunity to celebrate like a queen," Randy Stancik, Sky Deck Chicago general manager, said.

Ninety-nine floors tall to be exact. The Skydeck Chicago at the Willis Tower is hosting the Mother's Day Pie in the Sky experience.

"We're giving her the chance to set up here, set up a table on the 99th floor of Willis Tower have a three course Giordano's dinner," Stancik said.

In addition to spectacular views the Pie In the Sky event will all treat Mom to a special reusable water bottle

The perks also include getting access to the world famous ledge on the 103rd floor.

"The opportunity to get above everything --to see the city kind of feel like you're in a castle the way mom should feel every day.

This is the first year Skydeck Chicago is hosting the Mother's Day Pie in the Sky experience.

Organizers said it's nearly sold out. People had until Friday at 5 p.m. to make reservations.
