Suspect charged in Elgin bike path attack

ELGIN, Ill. (WLS) -- Cody Sarantakos is charged with grabbing a woman as she was jogging and throwing her to the ground near McBride and Kimball streets, Elgin police say.

Detectives reviewed surveillance video from nearby businesses and identified him as a suspect.
