Two found dead in vehicle in Gary, police say

GARY, Ind. (WLS) -- Police say they found two people dead in a vehicle from apparent gunshot wounds at approximately 8 p.m. Thursday night in northwest Indiana.

Gary police responded to call in the 700 block of East 49th Avenue and found the man and woman inside the vehicle.

Both the man and woman were pronounced dead on the scene by the Lake County Coroner's Office.
