The owner Cigars and Stripes in Berwyn said he will remove the two-way-mirror in the women's bathroom.
The two-way-mirror garnered attention in April after a comedian posted about it online. Ronnie Lottz said it's been there since 2001 and was used as a Halloween prank.
"I had eight nieces and three sisters. I understand where it makes people uncomfortable," Lottz said of the mirror in a video posted on youtube.com. He said he wasn't taking it down because of the comedian's "misguided" video, which he said was shot before she got on stage to perform.
"If she would have come to me directly, or even went to the police, this whole situation could have been avoided," Lottz said.
