Video captures West Loop dog walker kicking beagle

CHICAGO (WLS) -- A dog walker is banned from a West Loop apartment building after surveillance cameras capture him kicking a beagle.

The video footage shows the dog walker with the beagle and another person inside an elevator.

After the other person exits the elevator, it appears the dog walker steps on the beagle then kicks it in the midsection.

DNAinfo.com reports building security notified police and the owner about the abuse.
