Vigil held for 3-year-old killed in Brighton Park car accident

CHICAGO (WLS) -- People gathered together Tuesday night to pray for a three-year-old girl that was killed in a car accident over the weekend.

People prayed for Lilliana Cantu in front of her family's Burbank home. The child was chasing a family member, when she was hit by a driver in Chicago's Brighton Park neighborhood.

The driver, who stopped and stayed at the scene, was not charged. The child's family is outraged.

Lilliana's mother died almost exactly two years ago. The family set up a GoFundMe account to pay for the child's funeral expenses.
